- 3Receive Your Pre-Arrival Email 4 Days Before Your Stay (Please check your spam folder as well.)
- 4Submit the Guest Registration Form (Advance Check-In)The link to the guest registration form is included in your pre-arrival email. If you do not receive the link—for example, when booking through a third-party website—you can submit the form directly using this guest registration form.
- 5Receive Your Entry Passcode (It will be sent after you complete advance check-in.)
- 6Self Check-In on the Day of Arrival (Please use your passcode to enter the property.)
