Our facility uses an unmanned self-check-in system. By submitting the guest registration form in advance, you will be able to enter smoothly on the day of your arrival. Detailed instructions, including how to check in, will be provided in an email sent four days before check-in (they are not included in your booking confirmation email). The email may be delivered to your spam folder, so please be sure to check it. If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately.

How to Enjoy Your Stay at Watausagi
Watausagi was created with one simple wish: to provide everyone we are fortunate enough to welcome with a clean, safe, and affordable place to sleep.
To stay true to this idea, we keep staffing costs low and operate on a primarily self-service basis, with a simple and efficient system. As a result, we do not offer the extensive services or attentive hospitality you might expect from a hotel. We kindly ask for your understanding before booking.
Please also note that a Google account is required for self-check-in. Our system may be inconvenient for guests who are not comfortable using smartphones or the internet. If you prefer a more relaxed stay with full-service support, we recommend considering a well-equipped hotel instead.
Watausagi is a place where all our guests help create a pleasant and comfortable environment together. We warmly welcome those who are happy to follow our rules and etiquette and show consideration for the people around them.
